At All About the Journey, word of mouth is our best advertising!
Parents, doctors, schools - and many others associated with our center’s communities - refer friends, patients, and associates to our centers. We LOVE to say THANK YOU to all who play such an important role in recommending our centers, so we came up with the idea of a “Refer a Friend Rewards Program.”
It’s designed to recognize and reward those who help us to grow and spread the awareness to others.
This is a voluntary program and there is no need to register.
Here is how it works: you receive a reward for every client who joins our family by becoming successfully enrolled with us on your recommendation. It doesn’t matter if the client is a young child, older teen, or even an adult, as long as they need services in one of our centers, the reward is the same.
Once a service agreement contract is confirmed, you can choose one of the following rewards:
Pretty simple!
Referrals have to be submitted prior to the registration being sent in.
1. Referrals are rewarded after the signing of the service agreement contract is confirmed for 6 months in one of our centers
2. Referral rewards are paid once the new client’s first month therapy fees have been settled and the client has center sessions for at least one month
3. Referral fees are only applicable for first-time clients
4. Referral fees are not applicable for siblings of existing clients
5. Multiple referrals of the same client will be rewarded to the first referral

"When you have a kid with special needs, you need a special team. This is it (believe me, we’ve tried others)! Our son is 3. He is nonverbal, energetic, severely autistic, adorable, impulsive, sensory seeking, inattentive, and strong willed. He also had brain surgery this summer for a tumor and malformation. Needless to say, he’s a toddler with exceptional needs. This team has not been overwhelmed by him. Instead, they came along side him where he’s at and taken the time to build his trust and earn his affection. This isn’t the ABA of the 70s—this is the science of behavior married with relationship (complete play, laughter, and fist bumps) as well as an understanding of physical/sensory needs. In a matter of months, our little guy becoming more aware of others and his environment, attending/listening/sitting longer, imitating...all of the essential prerequisites to learning he lacked. The support doesn’t stop at the daycare center door, it flows into the real world. This team works beautifully with his outside SLP. They have attended IEPs, dental appointments, and doctor check ups. They let my older child visit and feel part of her brother’s support system (assuring the paradigm stays as one family working together for everyone’s best rather than her becoming jealous that her brother takes more of her parents’ time/energy). They help us strategize about bed time, tooth brushing, etc. Their experience and expertise is invaluable to our family!! Hearts & Hands is a gift to my son. But it is also a gift to us. This is the first place we feel peace—We know when we drop our son each morning he is loved and safe. We know he will be stretched, but also supported!!! There is a peace knowing they care and have compassionate for him. They are also understanding to us— as navigating the uncertain waters of brain surgeries, genetic deletions, autism, and such in a sleep deprived state doesn’t make you the most rational parent/client. Still, they provide unfettered support to our family — From loads of practical strategies to genuine empathy/encouragement. "
